Stone package across 23 houses for CField Construction, completed in 2020. Scope covered stone facades and gable features to each house type, along with the estate entrance walls, pillars and the stone-faced boundary wall running the length of the road frontage.
We are an Irish registered company (CRO 820510) and VAT registered, working within the RCT system as both subcontractor and principal contractor. Insurance is held through Accelerant Insurance Europe SA — €6.5m Public Liability and €13m Employers Liability. Every operative on site holds Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification, a current company Safety Statement is in place, and task-specific RAMS are issued per project before commencement.
We price from drawings and elevations, agree a sample panel before starting, and work to the main contractor's programme. References available on request. Prequalification documentation, insurance certificates and tax clearance can be issued for tender submissions.
