We're building about 650 m² of stone-faced retaining and boundary walls for McGinty & O'Shea Ltd on Cork County Council's Water Rock Road upgrade. The walls go up to 1.8 m high with castellated coping, and we're re-using the stone from the old roadside walls.
We built 600 m² of limestone boundary and retaining walls on the M28 motorway scheme at Ringaskiddy for Sorensen Civil Engineering Ltd, finishing on programme.

Natural Stone Masonry is run by Allan Henning, a master stonemason with over 23 years in the trade. We do stone house fronts, porches, entrances and pillars, mortared and dry stone walls, and the full stone package on housing estates and civil engineering schemes.
We work for homeowners, builders, developers and main contractors all over Cork and Munster, and further afield on bigger contracts. Along with our own masons we have regular crews we can call in, so we can take on large jobs without falling behind.

Yes. We have public liability and employers' liability insurance, and we can send you the certificates if you need them.
Most stonework is measured and priced by the square metre, with entrances, pillars and copings measured separately. You'll get a written quote showing what's included before any work starts.
We're based in Cork and work the length and breadth of the county, East and West Cork included, and around Munster. For bigger contracts we'll travel anywhere in the country.
It depends on the size of the job, the stone and the finish. After the site visit we'll give you a timescale with the written quote, so you'll know how long the job will take before we start.
Yes. We're an Irish limited company, registered for RCT, and we work as a specialist stonework subcontractor on civil engineering schemes and housing developments, as well as private work for homeowners.
Irish natural stone from all over the country: limestone, sandstone, granite, slate, quartzite and Liscannor stone, as well as reclaimed stone. We do both mortared and dry stone work, and use lime mortar on older walls and buildings.
