- Enquiry details. If you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, phone number, company name if you give one, and whatever you write in the message.
- Website usage. If you accept cookies, Google Analytics records anonymous statistics: pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device type and how you arrived at the site. This does not identify you personally.
We do not collect payment details through this website and we do not use tracking for advertising.
Why we use it
Enquiry details are used only to reply to you and to quote for the work. Our lawful basis is your consent when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry. Analytics data is used to understand which pages are useful, and is collected only with your consent.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies until you choose. The banner shown on your first visit lets you accept or decline analytics cookies, and the site works exactly the same either way. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser data for this site, which will bring the banner back.
Who else sees it
- Netlify hosts the website and processes contact form submissions.
- Google Analytics processes website usage statistics, if you consent.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone else, apart from where we are required to by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to two years so we can refer back to previous quotes and jobs, then deleted. Analytics data is retained by Google for 14 months.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@naturalstonemasonry.ie and we will respond within one month.
